Mervyn Becker, President - Mervyn is the founder and president of Cosmetic Solutions Inc. Mervyn has an extensive background in accounting and business as well as an extensive knowledge of the global cosmetic industry. Mervyn works with all department heads to ensure that the companies goals and objectives are attained. Most important is keeping on the cutting edge of skin care production, and total customer satisfaction.
David Israch, CFO and HR - As our CFO and HR Director, David is responsible for all Financial and Administrative duties. David Israch brings in excess of 20 years of successful Financial, Operational and Business Development experience to Cosmetic Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining CSI David held senior financial management and operational positions in the telecom and enhanced services software industry both domestically and internationally, culminating in an IPO and company sale. Caren Jones, Quality Control and Compliance Director - Checks and analyses raw materials, in-process production batches, finished goods, components and labels according to specifications to approve for use in production and filling depts. Carries out random checks in production, filling and packaging area to ensure compliance of cGMP’s and FDA regulations. Monitors the cleaning and sanitation processes of the production and filling areas according to in-house regulations and SOP’s.
